Kondapalli toys are traditionally  crafted by a section of people called ‘Aryakula Kshatriya’ who are said to have migrated from Rajasthan 400 years ago.These wood painted toys add a fine creative touch to your drawing rooms with their finely created figurines. These are made from highly sought after soft wood named Tella Poniki , procured from the hills of Kondapalli. This particular variety of wood is grown specially in the lands earmarked for this purpose in villages near Kondapalli.
